The Mobile Guide for Anuga serves as an interactive event guide for the trade fair taking place from October 7th to 11th, 2023.

The app features a comprehensive directory of exhibitors and products, along with a detailed floor plan indicating all exhibitor stands. Users can access pertinent information regarding the program, arrival and departure logistics, and accommodations in Cologne.

• Plan Your Visit

Attendees can search for exhibitors by name, country, or product group and organize their visit using features for favorites, contacts, appointments, and notes. Information about the program is also readily available, allowing users to keep track of important dates.

• Notifications

The app provides timely notifications regarding short-term program changes and organizational updates directly to users' devices.

• Networking

Networking capabilities enable exhibitors and visitors to exchange contact information within the app both prior to and during the event, as well as afterward.

• Data Protection

To enhance functionality, the Mobile Guide requests permissions for "Add to address book" and "Add to Calendar," which will be prompted upon first use. Any contact data or appointments are stored locally on the user's device.

• Important Notice Before Installation

Upon installation, the app will download compressed data for exhibitors and import it. Users should ensure they have a stable internet connection and be patient during this initial setup, which may take up to one minute. Interruptions during this process are not advisable.
